Ingredients:
- 1.5-2lbs boneless pork roast, cut into pieces
- 1 medium-sized onion, sliced
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 3 tbsp yellow or dijon mustard
Directions:
Place roast pieces in slow cooker. Top with onion.
Pour water on and around roast and onions.
In a small bowl, blend together last three ingredients. Spoon over meats and onions.
Throw a dash of salt and pepper on top.
Cover and cook on Low for 7-8 hours, until meat is tender.
Serving Suggestion: Serve alongside brown sugar baked beans and cornbread.
